At HomeSmartAustralia, we aim to deliver your smart home products quickly and safely.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at support@homesmartaustralia.com.au within 7 days and we'll resolve it promptly.
