At HomeSmartAustralia, we're committed to delivering quality smart home products and a great customer experience. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If your smart home device arrives damaged, defective, or not working as described, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos or a description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed, activated, or paired to a network
  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation
  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
